Processing Time

Shipping Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the safest and most reliable option for your location and order size.
Carrier selection is at our discretion and is based on plant safety, weather conditions, and delivery reliability.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected shipping method.
Upgraded Shipping (Strongly Recommended)

⚠️ Arrive-alive coverage is ONLY offered with one-day or two-day upgraded shipping.
Standard shipping does not qualify under any circumstances.
Weather & Buyer Responsibility
Live plants are sensitive to temperature extremes. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the following:

The buyer is fully responsible for monitoring local weather conditions

Heat packs, cold protection, and insulation must be purchased separately

Orders placed during temperatures below 40°F or above 90°F are shipped at the buyer’s own risk
-
Cosmetic shipping stress (drooping, yellowing, bent leaves) is normal and expected
Packaging
We package every plant with professional care using industry-standard materials. However, once the package is in transit, we cannot control carrier handling, delays, or environmental exposure.
Delivery & Unboxing Requirements
To qualify for any shipping-related claim, all of the following must be met:

An unboxing video must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery

The video must show the sealed box, full unboxing, and plant condition

Clear photos of the plant, soil, pot, and packaging must be included
-
The plant must remain in its original pot and soil
Any repotting, trimming, watering, or off-camera unboxing voids all claims.

Carrier delays

Lost or stolen packages

Carrier mishandling

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Mail forwarding or redirection issues
No refunds will be issued for any of the above.
Plant Acclimation
Shipping is stressful for live plants. Most plants require 2–3 weeks to adjust after delivery. Please allow time for recovery before making any changes to the plant’s environment.
