Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Any issues must be reported in accordance with the guidelines outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Weather Protection is an optional add-on product that helps offset the cost of heat packs, cold packs, and insulation when needed.
